Tourism & Retail & FintechT-Point is a multilingual mobile app that brings shopping opportunities, exclusive benefits and Tax Free processes together in a single platform for international visitors travelling in Türkiye.
It was developed end to end, including the mobile apps, backend services, a web-based back office, financial system integrations and the production infrastructure.
The iOS and Android apps, backend services and web-based back office were built to work together within the same platform structure. The multilingual structure, notification services and different user flows are managed through central services.
Integrations with Tax Free, payment, wallet and other external systems were developed, bringing the platform’s financial and operational processes together in a single structure.
AI-powered services were built into the platform to work with operational processes. CI/CD, containers, deployment, releases and the operation of production environments are run together.
